"I was misquoted and even after making two payments now they are trying to up my bill on month 3 because my policy was pushed to VA which was not on me. Then they changed my address to my former address which pushed my insurance up almost $200. My agency Dave Holland State Farm is scamming me from my initial quote. I left my former insurance being told my policy was under 300 now my policy is almost 400$ and they are trying to point fingers at the system its not the system, its the agency fault for not making sure all information was accurate. How do they system change my info to a address from 6 years ago. Something isnt right. Now im being force to pay or force to have a policy cancellation and they aren't taking no ACCOUNTABILTY OR offering to assist me. Its like OH WELL pay. I sent this matter to the BBB. Because how do you take two month of payment then all of a sudden the system change my address to an address from 6 years ago! I was a former customer with statefarm and i honestly see why i left"

"The service is sub par. My agent never responded to emails, I'd always have to call. I had to call atleast 15-20 times to get my issue addressed. Extremely disappointed. Edit : I never said that I called 15 times a day, I called about 15 times overall. Also, the refund is for the days that I was told that I won't be insured. You must also have the record of the many number of emails I sent to which no one responded."
"Thanks for your feedback. Our system keeps a detailed record of all calls, including timestamps and frequency, ensuring accuracy in our communication. Our records confirm that you did not call 15 to 20 times a day, and they also show that you did not reach out to us during that time. We called, texted, and spoke with you multiple times to assist with your policy. The concern was only raised after the request for a full refund back to the start date was denied, as coverage was already in place. If you’d like to discuss further, we’re happy to chat."
